The reactions to the training concept were also very good at the premiere in English.

Quite a lot of hard work – that’s how the path to the English translation of the two training volumes and the presentation can be summarised in less than three months. But the effort seems to have been worth it: Even when used in a foreign language – and at this point in the quality assurance department of a car manufacturing plant in Portugal – there were consistently excellent evaluations.

And as we know from the training courses in the workshop environment, there were also more than enough aha effects with all the newly produced vehicles and a few factory service cars. Let’s see if word spreads to the Group’s plants in other countries.
