The VauQuadrat V4 was the first of the appliance family. It can be used universally, both manually and mechanized/automated. It can be used for all welding applications, unless you are talking about sheet thicknesses of less than 5mm and only occasional use.
In workshop applications, the V4 also comes into its own when it comes to regular applications in construction machinery/rail vehicle/commercial vehicle repair. Or if the truck repair department is part of a vehicle construction company where frames are also straightened… .
The current record for thermal straightening with deep induction was set with two V4s, whose inductors were mounted on a welding tractor: 250 mm sheet thickness.
