Induction brazing: Fittings and brazing rings

Not necessarily something new, but the size of the device will definitely amaze those in the know

One of the first applications with a ring inductor that we are publishing here. Works best with finished solder rings – both with phosphorus solder for copper-copper connections and with silver solder.

The first step deals with all the solder joints that can be made with a closed ring inductor. Take a look at the accompanying video. There, 22mm copper fittings are soldered with phosphorus solder (15% Ag), but with a solder ring improvised from a solder rod. In addition, the A1200 was operated here with power reduction.
