And what exactly is a V3X and a V4X?

Our deep induction device family is designed for the Central European power supply. If you don’t have a neutral conductor, use the export version!

We have 5 connections on a power/three-phase socket. Three phases, the neutral conductor and the protective conductor. You measure 400V between two phases and 230V between each phase and the neutral conductor. However, this is not the case everywhere. Outside of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, for example, you can find three-phase networks with 3x400V. However, there may be no neutral conductor at all (“four-wire network”) – or even worse, there may be a neutral conductor that is not stable (“floating neutral”). However, as the 230V is used in the V2/V3/V4/V6 to supply the control unit, pump and fans, a stable neutral conductor is a prerequisite for the use of these devices.

However, since our deep induction technology is now also spreading outside of Central Europe, there are the so-called “export versions” V3X and V4X, which do not require a neutral conductor. A mains voltage of 3x400V 50/60Hz is then required.
